Thursday 23rd April 2020 booking opens for
All Scottish independent food businesses
Please Note: Due to the popularity of the festival, stall spaces are in high demand so please be sure to apply early. Last year 50% of all indoor stalls were booked within 24 hours of launching the festival.
The festival aims to include a wide variety of food and drink so has allocated a set number of stalls for each product type.
How To Apply
Please follow these steps to apply for a stall:
Step 1) Create an account at the Log In prompt at the top of the page
Step 2) Register Your Business by filling in the form and uploading the necessary documents
Step 3) You can review or update your buiness details at any point using the Review/Update Details page
Step 4) Only once you have submitted all your information can you Request a Stall
Step 5) If there is space you will be advised on how to make the payment, however if there is no space available you will be added to the waiting list
Step 6) Once payment has been made a receipt will be issued automatically

General Stall Information
Indoor and Outdoor Market Stalls
All single market stalls are equivalent to a trestle table size
It is possible to share a stall with another vendor. Please note both vendors of a sharing stall must apply separately and pay individually
No market vendor will need a gazebo - the outside market will be provided with pre-erected covered stalls with built in tables as standard
Indoor market stalls are provided with a table as standard
Outside Street Food Stalls
All street food stall pitches are approx 3m x 3m
All street food vendors are required to bring their own hand wash unit
